Bathroom shower head holder was broken, drainage slightly clogged , stuff should be better trained to respond to these issues

This was undoubtedly our finest accommodation experience in Marrakech. Every detail, from the initial arrival to our departure, was handled with perfection. While we didn't have the time to experience the on-site hammam and massage services, the Riad itself is a visual masterpiece. The interior design is curated with exceptional taste, perfectly capturing the authentic Moroccan atmosphere through its thoughtful color palette, artisanal decorations, and bespoke furniture. My highest compliments to the designer responsible for such a stunning space.

There was no hot water in the shower, but to be honest cold shower was super refreshing for the hot days spent in souks. But can't imagine the same scenario if the weather was colder.

A really nice riad just a 15 minute walk from the jemaa-el-fna square. The room has a good shower and a big bed. We ended up eating dinner at the riad. It was great and a lot of food. The staff was lovely and we got great tips about Marrakech and the rest of our trip. Breakfast was good, a Moroccan breakfast. You can get eggs if you like. There was a fan and airco to get the room cool.

The riad is next to a mosque so you will get woken up early. It didn’t bother us, but is good to know. The wifi was really spotty.

breakfast was good. not great. service was excellent and welcoming. rooms were spacious. plenty of common area to lounge - the main area has a pool table that gave us respite when we needed to get away from the souks, the rooftop terrace was peaceful. Riad had beer and wine!

we had cold showers at the beginning and when I asked about that, we were told that there was a switch that needed to be toggled, and they fixed it for us ASAP, but we had no idea what switch that we messed up.
