The good location
The toilet is black stains,bathrooms mold, dryer outlet broken coming off from the wall,hallway and stairs light bulbs are not working

Excellent location - we felt very safe even though the street/area was VERY busy. Easy to walk to everything. Omelets were excellent.
Bed was hard - had to get a topper. No coffee pot. Little refrigerator was on but not cold. Toilet banged very loudly when you stand up.

The staff, especially Cheima, was lovely and couldn't do more to help. The hotel has a fantastic position, 2 minutes walk to the Jamaa El Fna.
The Riad Is on one of the busiest roads leading to the square so it is extremely, extremely noisy. Expect voices, music, peddling and drums well into the early morning.
In our first room (older wing) we spent the first night battling cockroaches. We wanted to leave but they upgraded us to a suite in the newer wing which was quieter and didn't come with a pest infestation.
The suite was big and very nice but the beds are ROCK HARD, so beware.
Don't come expecting a Riad experience, this is a big hotel with many elements of traditional architecture but mixed with modern standard design.
