It's located right on the corner of a touristic area, so it's busy all day and into the night. Perfect location for those wanting to explore the big square Jemna El Anfa (i know I butchered the name). The room is a fair size but far from luxurious. The air conditioner has always worked well whenever I have stayed.
Restaurants and coffees are all around also, a few convenience stores to pick up a few forgotten items or water.
There is 24/7 parking around, and it is a bit pricey
The price for a night is getting up there and is coming in line to that of a nice riad. However, I didn't see any renovations that would justify such a hike.
But business is business
