The inclusion of thoughtful and tasteful touches, such as fresh flowers throughout the property, further enhances the overall experience. The property also benefits from a designated private parking space and private front and rear gardens, offering both convenience and privacy. The location is particularly well considered, being approximately a 20-minute walk from Padstow, with a large supermarket conveniently situated just five minutes away on foot.

Superb Quality and Clean property with secure entrance. Only 16 minutes walk into Padstow harbour. Recommend.

Excellent quality and superb cleanliness. All items that you would need for a longer stay. Very comfortable. In the summer the garden would be a welcome feature. It is private and felt secure.

A couple of small ‘even better if’ The stepping stones over the grass in the dark invariable means you end up walking on wet grass as they are small and sunk. The use of very fragrant spray over bedding was quite off putting for me as it was very floral.

Perfect spot for easy access to centre of Padstow and visiting surrounding areas.

Lovely and clean and modern. Great to have a small garden for the dog in a quiet road. Just a 15 minute walk to Padstow centre and harbour and Tesco Supermarket 5 minute walk away.

Not really an issue, but would be nice to have a TV that we could watch Netflix or Amazon Prime on for those rainy days.

Lovely clean property within easy reach of Padstow.

Check in communication was timely with easy to follow instructions. The location of the property was great, which made it easy to explore Cornwall during the day and within a 10/15 minute walk into Padstow to enjoy an evening out. The property was spotless with lovely seaside decoration. Due to the weather we weren’t able to use the garden, but imagine it’d be lovely to sit in of a summer evening.

The only thing missing and it’s very tiny is that we couldn’t find any scissors or a pizza tray, but we managed and it didn’t impact our stay at all!

Wish we could of stayed for longer a great base

The apartment was very clean, well equipped and modern throughout. Tea, coffee, biscuits and milk were provided upon arrival. Tesco was within a 5 minute walk away.

Lovely annexe flat within walking distance to Padstow.

Perfect location, clean with good facilities. Lovely garden for our dog. And parking. We had a lovely stay.

Note: if you are travelling with a dog you are greeted upon arrival with a notice that no dogs are allowed on the furniture. There was no mention of this on the rules/description on booking.com. Maybe this should be added.

An exotic Cornish Holiday Cottage.

The accommodation was beautifully decorated and very stylish. It was situated in an excellent location to travel to surrounding places. It had a peaceful garden with exotic Cornish plants. It was well equipped and made the stay pleasurable.

Short break

It was exceptionally clean and comfortable. In a great spot with parking and a 15 minute walk into Padstow. Bed was lovely and comfortable. Easy instructions to find the property. Milk in fridge on arrival tea coffee what more could you ask for. Very quiet and private garden our dog loved it.

Exceptional stay!

Everything about Seashells ticks the box! Kim has fantastic attention to detail and there is everything you need for your stay, including tea, coffee and fresh milk. There are extra touches with fresh flowers dotted around. Personal parking space and private small front and rear gardens. 20 minute walk into Padstow which helps to burn off the calories from dinner on the way home. There is a large supermarket 5 minutes walk away. This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Kim's and I hope it won't be the last. Thank you!

I would highly recommend Seashells for an overnight or extended stay to enjoy Padstow and the surrounding areas.

Our stay was superb, the property is spotless and very comfortable. Perfect for 2 people and your pet. The garden area is exclusive and enclosed and is a sun trap in the evening. The location is ideal for a walk into Padstow, approx 20 mins.

It was comfortable, clean and just a lovely place to stay and only a 10 minute walk to the harbour. Tesco was close by for supplies etc. Would stay again.

Highly recommended and close to Padstow town centre

This property is beautiful, there is plenty of space inside and out (private front and back gardens). It is very kept, nice and clean. I was impressed that there was washing up and cleaning fluids and clothes.

We had to check photos to ensure we were in the correct place, it wasn’t immediately obvious.

The garden apartment was brand new with everything we needed for a getaway! The hosts were very attentive and friendly and the apartment was within walking distance to Padstow. Wish we could have stayed longer!
