Modern well equipped very clean. Good location for Padstow central and Tesco.
The shower was over bath and would have been safer if there was a handrail, the bath had a rubber mat but was slippery when wet..
In cáe of fire in the main room and kitchen area, however unlikely, we were unable to exit via front door as it was locked and required a key to open. Please consider a lock that can be opened from the inside as per rear door.
