Perfect place, really lovely. There’s everything you could possibly need and it’s easy to get into Padstow. Friendly hosts.

The Log Burner & Kindle was a nice touch.
The issue we had upon arrival with the broken window latch was rectified as soon as we reported it which was appreciated as we felt this was a safety issue.
The broken ground floor window latch upon arrival. When reported we were initially informed that the area was a safe one! We felt this response was unprofessional as it was a safety issue and anyone could have got in .
The Conservatory had no ceiling cover from the blazing sun and made it uncomfortable to sit in.
There were curtains to the widows. No blinds or nets so no privacy when the curtains were open. Therefore we just kept them closed for the duration of our stay.
We stayed for 4 days & were given 2 Bath towels each which was adequate but no Hand Towels.?
We were left only one & a half toilet rolls for 4 days so had to get more!
The corner of the front step has a bit missing & could be a health & safety issue.
The smaller pans we used for cooking did not fit safely on the cooker as it appeared the grills were bent & too large for some of the pans?
The location of this property was up hill from Padstow so a steep walk down & an exceptionally steep walk back up the hill. This should be mentioned in the description as an important factor. We paid extra for taxis due to this issue.
The multi coloured bedding appeared tired & well worn.& was full of creases . The bottom sheet did not fit well & often came away from the corners to reveal a mattress topper that definitely needs replacing.
All in all a bit of a disappointment due to the above issues which if rectified would definitely make the stay more comfortable.
