First time at this accommodation and will definitely be booking for next year. Ideal quiet location with parking, a short walk into Padstow. Room was bright, well equipped and comfortable. Kim, the host, was very welcoming and friendly. Whilst not offering breakfast, Kim provided pastries and biscuits in addition to a great selection of refreshments.

Good location. Lovely room and facilities. Parking was a bonus.
The walk back uphill could be issue for some people but it’s a hilly area so you can’t really avoid it and it gives the place the character.

We stayed here for the week Kim was a great host - the location was a short walk into Padstow. Clean room and bathroom. She even picked us up from the station. Thanks so much! Would recommend to any couple
