Beautiful base from which to enjoy Padstow and explore the local area.
The location is ideal, just a few minutes walk from the harbour but close to the main route out of the town making exploring the area easy. The room is comfortable, very clean and stocked with an incredibly generous supply of refreshments and toiletries. Kim is the perfect hostess, providing all the info and advice you might need to make the most of your stay and even welcomed us with a bottle of fizz to start our stay in style!

Fabulous accommodation in lovely Padstow.
Very lovely accommodation where the host,Kim, has thought of everything. Spotlessly clean the double bed is very comfy, the bathroom has toilet, sink, walk in shower cubicle with toiletries galore. If you’ve forgotten it Kim will of thought of it. Car parking space in front of property and a leisurely 10 minute stroll into padstow.
