Great Location, good price but really noisy

Best think about this property is location, very central very easy to see the area. Property was clean and basic.

The noise. There is massivly loud music playing until early hours that make the beds vibrade so much that even ear plugs could not help. Kids found it very difficult to sleep. Also there was a note on the door saying mice in the building that they were following an erradication next few days. -not pleasant

No lifts, be prepared to carry suitcases up and down. Loud music almost every night due to a near pub, but music shuts before midnight. Not great with kids as they tend to wake up due to the loud bass. Luckily we brought sound machines to superimpose the noise.

Had to Flee to a Hotel at Midnight Due to Blasting Music Next Door

I booked this property as a gift for my sister and her husband. They couldn’t stay the night due to extremely loud music from the neighboring flat, which continued past 23:30 despite their immediate report to the host. The host acknowledged the issue but took no action and eventually stopped responding. When it became clear that the host wouldn't help, they were forced to leave and book a nearby hotel just before midnight. The noise was recorded on video (provided to the host and later to Booking) and matches complaints from other guests in reviews. Booking could not issue a refund because the host refused. This was definitely the worst experience on Booking.

A great place to stay with space and all you would need

We loved the location. The apartment was spacious and had everything things we wanted. I was quiet to sleep in and close to all the attractions. Our host was always quick to respond to our questions.

πολυ καλή τοποθεσία, ωραίο μπάνιο και κουζίνα με τις παροχές που χρειάζονται.

το check in ήταν στις 14:30 μπήκαμε και το διαμέρισμα ήταν ανω κάτω και βρώμικο απ τους προηγούμενους,δεν είχε μπει καθαρίστρια. Αναγκαστηκαμε να περιμένουμε μέχρι τις 4 να έρθει κάποιος να καθαρίσει και να μπορέσουμε να μπούμε. Οπότε το καθάρισμα δεν έγινε σωστά, υπήρχαν τρίχες στο μπανιο. Το στρώμα πολύ σκληρό και ο καναπές ετριζε υπερβολικά.

Ubicación muy buena, cerca de comercio y a un paso de Campos Elíseos. Deperamento bien equipado para dos personas.

Muy inseguro. Dejan las llaves de acceso bajo un tapete. Debiesen modernizarse y usar sistemas con clave para retiro de llaves. El edificio muy envejecido y poco cuidado. Música y ruido de locales de la misma calle hasta muy tarde en la noche, toda la semana. Baño con mucho olor a humedad, al igual que las toallas. Falta de limpieza de habitación, sábanas manchadas.

Apartament foarte curat, foarte bine localizat, am avut toate facilitatile unei camere de 5 stele.Gazda foarte draguta si prompta.Suficient de mare pentru o familie de 2 adulti si 2 copii.
