We were here 2 years ago as well, apartment was in pristine condition at that time, now you could see it was well lived in for the last 2 years, some small maintenance here and there to be carried out to make it perfect again.

Exceptional

The apartment is new and modern, very well equipped with everything you need, on the first floor with elevator. Terrace is a bonus. Very comfortable bed and sofa in the living room. The street is in the quiet and green neighbourhood but after 3-5 min walk, you will reach the metro station ( line 9 ). Communication with host was running smoothly with clear instructions. I would highly recommend it if the central location in Paris isn’t your priority.

Modern, quiet, well-equipped appartment in a beautiful location.

Fantastic appartment. Brand new and super clean. Quiet atmosphere close to parks, playgrounds and walks along the river. Nice location walking distance from the Metro and pelnty of facilities nearby - from bakeries and coffee to sports, culture and shopping. Central Paris is only a few stops away. The check-in process was easy and overall security for the block is very good. All the facilities you need for a longer stay - well equipped kitchen and a really nice shower. Communication with the host was quick a very helpful.

everything was very good. location is near shops and restaurants and key ccollection etc was straightforward very spacious

we found it difficult to set the heating correctly as rooms were a bit cold for us. would have been easier if host had left the wifi details in the unit as we were unable to contact host until we had internet in order to obtain this

Appartement agréable, bien aménagé et très bien isolé. La propriétaire est sympathique et réactive. Nous avons également apprécié de pouvoir arriver plus tôt que prévu.

Le ménage semblait avoir été fait en surface seulement. Par exemple, la douche était très sale, avec une évacuation bouchée remplie de cheveux. Par ailleurs, mes amies qui ont dormi dans le lit de la chambre principale ont été piquées par des insectes, probablement des acariens.
