Disaster.

Once we got access it was fine.

We were told the keys would be on the door but they were not. We arrived late at night and as the office was closed we had to find alternative accommodation. It turned out that the keys were attached to the outer fence. We were promised a refund of €71 for the night in the hotel but despite numerous messages over the last two months payment has not been made.

El apartamento está muy bien, pero para 4 personas nosotros somos 5 y mi hijo d 11 años por el q hemos pagado a tenido q dormir 6 noches en el sofá por q se supone q el sofá cama donde iba a dormir estaba roto, avise el sábado y la chica q estaba d guardia me dijo q ahora no se podía cambiar y q nadie más se había quejado, por esa parte el trato malo, fue el chico d mantenimiento por q estaba la ducha lodada y le comenté lo del sofá y hasta el dijo q eso no era ni para echar siesta q parecía la cama del perro, le echó fotos

El sofá cama, y el trato d la chica d guardia q no me soluciono lo d la cama para mi hijo, sin embargo el lunes había otra q si intentó solucionarlo pero ya para dos noches q quedaban ... Pero vamos q bien me han cobrado por 5 personas y una d ellas a estado sin cama

Apartamento muy moderno !! El parking gratis es fantástico , así como la piscina y la terraza para poder desayunar tranquilamente ! Está en una calle tranquila , sin ruidos , y es una comunidad muy respetuosa ! Ha sido un placer alojarnos aquí , con un proceso de check in sencillo y fácil
