No Pool and No Advanced Notice

The location is fabulous! Great little supermarket for everything you might need and some lovely restaurants very close by - don't miss Mathilda for a breakfast while you're there! Beautiful views from the property and upstairs terrace - you also get to enjoy a nice ocean breeze so even though it was quite warm during our stay, we did not need the AC. Kitchen is well equipped with all necessary items to prepare meals at home.

As mentioned first in a review in March and again in June (but after we had already arrived) - the pool is not filled and is currently under (loud) construction. While this is not the fault of the owner, it is disappointing that there was no advanced notice as this is clearly a long standing issue. If I had been aware, I would have packed items like beach towels / beach blankets to be able to take advantage of the nearby beach - and been less disappointed upon arrival. Overall, the apartment is a little tired - like the guests before us, we could not use Netflix or any other streaming services and the live TV app available froze and broke. Thankfully, the owner responded quickly and did send someone out the next day to fix the issue. Check-in was not as described on Booking.com - there was nobody there to greet us and I had to call to receive the code for the lockbox with the key. While overall our stay was fine, it did not live up to the expectations outline by the photos, description and fine print and communication (no pool, check-in procedure) felt lacking.

The department was very clean, location was perfect for our purpose. The neighborhood is very quiet, pool area is wonderful. Best thing about this house is the own rooftop terrace with beautiful views. Nearby services was good enought for our purpose.. I can recommend this place to have wonderful vacation! Our host Ed was also extremely flexile and nice person.

Train station is kind of near, but it's uphill, so it was good sports as well.

ottimo per la posizione, il resto rivedibile…sarebbe bastato poco per sistemarlo meglio prima del nostro arrivo dato che

la posizione era ottima davvero. le stanza Bellè grandi in ogni stanza c’era il clima con pompa di calore salotto con cucina grande vista mare parcheggio per residenti zona molto ben servita

pulizia: abbiamo trovato i tavoli tutti impolverati e anche il bagno era un po’ sporco: c’erano delle macchie qua e là sul pavimento, ingresso con polvere per terra. abbiamo risolto comprando prodotti adatti per la igenizzazione in quanto in casa non c’erano. il boiler di acqua calda non permette una doccia di acqua calda di oltre 5 minuti…noi essendo in 3 con un bimbo di 5 anni abbiamo fatto davvero fatica … la soluzione è stata lavarci a giorni alterni in quanto la produzione di acqua calda era davvero molto lenta. il terrazzo: nelle foto c’era una bella foto del terrazzo … in realtà era tutto sottosopra con un materassino prendi sole completamente disfatto e lagoro .

Sijainti, tilavuus ja avaruus, "skandinaavinen" vaalea, harmaa sisustus, hyvät patjat, kunnon pehmeät pyyhkeet, iso tv kanavineen. Yleisesti ottaen todella hyvä! 2 toilettia (suihkut kätevämmät, en usko monenkaan kylpevä ammeessa)

Marmorilattiat todella kylmät, sää liki 2 viikkoa viileä, tyypillisesti ei mattoja (pehmeät matot olohuoneessa, sänkyjen vieressä jne auttaisi asiaa, nyt villasukat tarpeen sisällä koko ajan), sohvatyynyt voisi uusia, päälyset pestä tms, olivat vähän tunkkaisen oloiset, hiukka raikkautta lisää. Astiasto hyvä, tosin ostimme halvan pikku kattilan munien keittoon (jätimme sinne, ei todellakaan maksanut montaa euroa), kahvin Melitta keitin olisi kätevä, ei kallis investointi, eteiseen joku takkienripustussysteemi, koukut tai pieni teline, olisi näin viileään aikaan hyvä (tosin istuimme kyllä usein iltaisin untuvat ja villasukat päällä).
