Super miejscówka! Mieszkanie idealne dla 4 osób. Piękny widok z balkonu

Blisko stacji PKP i przystanki autobusowe. Piękny widok z balkonu. Cisza i spokój w okolicy. Świetna kawiarnia , restauracja włoska w okolicy 1 5 min spacerem. Sklep lokalny z bogatą ofertą ( wszystko chyba czego potrzeba na urlopie można tam kupić) również w pobliżu.

Wszystko ok , jedynie to trzeba by poprawić szczelność okien na balkonie bo nie domyka się i w trakcie wiatrów słychać szum. Dla nas ok ale innym może i mogłoby to przeszkadzać ,

Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit traumhafter Lage direkt am Meer und einer gut ausgestatteten Wohnung.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist außergewöhnlich. Der Blick aufs Meer ist traumhaft, und durch die großen, schiebbaren Fenster hat man das Gefühl, direkt am Wasser zu sitzen. Man hört und sieht das Meer den ganzen Tag – das allein macht den Aufenthalt besonders. Auch die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut: Man findet alles vor, was man in einer Ferienwohnung braucht.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr touristisch geprägten Gegend. In der Nebensaison war das für uns gut auszuhalten, in der Hochsaison kann es hier jedoch sehr voll werden. Die Strände sind stark frequentiert und teilweise durch Ampelsysteme geregelt.

Bien mais pas exceptionnel.

La vue depuis le balcon qui surplombait la mer, le calme de l'immeuble, la taille du logement.

L'absence a proximité de commerces, des ustensiles manquants ou en petits nombres dans la cuisine ( poêle non utilisable au revêtement fortement dégrade notamment), appartement à la déco vieillotte (avis tout personnel) et vitre manquante dans le couloir extérieur entrainant une nuisance sonore la nuit au passage de véhicules.

Appartement met prachtig uitzicht maar met faciliteiten die niet in orde zijn.

Het uitzicht. De locatie.

Verouderd appartement. Veel dingen in het appartement waren stuk zoals de wc-bril, gedeelte van het kookvuur. Een kastdeurtje, een kraan, handdoekhouder hingen los. Het zetelbed was versleten. Weinig glazen, keukengerei. De overloop van de airco komt in een plastic container die je elke dag moet leeggieten, anders loopt hij over. De eigenaar heeft op onze vraag de wc-bril en het kookvuur wel laten vernieuwen.
