We had a superb couple of weeks stay here. The property has everything that you could ask for, the A/C in the bedrooms was so welcome. The pool area is ideal, large clean pool and so often we had it to ourselves. Janet was there to meet us on arrival and even gave us a lift to the Mercadona as it was 8pm when we arrived. (Thank you Janet). We will be returning in 2026 for sure.

This is a smart house on an excellent ,friendly, secure and quiet development. Unlike many Spanish developments, the pool ( which is a 30 second walk over from the house) stays open all year which is a bonus. Supremely comfortable double bed ( in a large master bedroom suite) and from what we could tell, the singles were too. The house is very well equipped and cosy and the showers are hot and powerful. We cooked in on a couple of nights and, if so inclined, you can watch and record UK TV channels, we imagine the comfortable lounge with its fireplace is very cosy in cooler months. There are two huge and well furnished terraces, so you can get either sun or plentiful shade all day long. The rear terrace has lovely views directly over Torrequebrada golf course. The front terrace is not overlooked..There are some really good restaurants within a 15-20 minute stroll and bus stops (serving towns to Malaga and Fuengirola) are 5 minutes walk away. You can also get a bus up to Benalmadena Pueblo outside the development .There is an allotted parking space if you have a car. Janet the house manager is a great communicator and really friendly. The house was spotlessly keen and she went out of her way to allow us to check in earlier than the scheduled time. We have stayed in Benalmedena many, many times now and this will now be the place we stay in future.

It was great. Pool was often just us. We had winds which stopped us using bbq but made us eat out more! It was like home from home, everything you needed. Beach nice and close. Nice cafe with park for kids at the top of the road. We would definitely go back.

On arrival we were greeted by Janet who showed us around the villa and explained the facilities to us. Janet was lovely and friendly and said that we could contact her if we needed any help during our stay. There were five of us staying, 4 adults and one 5 year Two good sized single bedrooms, each with two very comfy single beds and large wardrobe. Master bedroom had an en-suite and a small balcony overlooking the Torrequebrada golf course and large king size bed. There was also a family bathroom upstairs - both had baths with very good showers over them. Plenty of towels provided. Downstairs there was a large lounge area, fully equipped with tv, music centre, DVD etc . Loads of tapes and CDs and Netflix available. Wi-Fi very good. Large dining area and good, fully equipped kitchen. To the front of the property there was a large patio area with dining table and three sun loungers. It was literally a hop, skip and a jump to the communal pool which was ideal for both adults and children and was never busy. To the rear of the property an even larger sun terrace with three piece outdoor seating and a massive dining table and fixed bbq - all overlooking the beautiful golf course. Perfect location, near to local beach (5 minute walk)restaurants and excellent transport facilities. Torrequebrada is a great location as not over busy but has all you need and bus at bottom of hill takes you to Benalmadena centre and harbour in 5-10 mins for €1.55 We will definitely go back. Thank you.

A great property a little way out of Benalmedina with its own pool on site. Great communication with the owners and the property manager could not have been more helpful. There is a supermarket within walking distance but it is quite up and down especially when carrying shopping back (there is a little trolly provided). All in all a bit of a home away from home as almost everything you need is there.

We’ve just returned, 3 adults and 2 children. The property was a home from home, it had all you needed and the communal pool was a huge hit. It was a lovely quiet area so we had the pool to ourselves a lot and that entertained the kids all day long! The views of the golf course are incredible. It’s just a short stroll to the local supermarket mainly uphill so not for the faint hearted but we enjoyed walking up there every morning for a nice fresh baguette. There’s a lovely local bar nearby with a park adjacent so lovely for the kids to play and adults to chill, and super cheap. Communication from the Uk was always very quick and upon arrival we got a message from Janet who welcomed us at the house. It’s a short stroll to the beach and a short bus ride into the hustle and bustle. Great location and beautiful home! We will miss those views until next time! We would definitely go back and stay here!! Smiles all round :)

Lovely private location with the pool and beautiful gardens really well maintained. The villa itself really did live up to the expectations after reading other wonderful reviews. It’s large, spacious and supplied with everything you could possibly wish for. We were welcomed and made to feel completely at home by the lovely Janet who just couldn’t do enough to help us. A genuinely fabulous, caring person. The swimming pool is a beautiful little oasis that we all loved and there were never more than a few other people using it apart from ourselves. We were impressed that Martin, the owner, didn’t add extra charges for the upstairs air conditioning which was greatly appreciated in the searing hot days we spent there. Communication with Martin, as with Janet, was an immediate response to a question. You always feel at all times that your comfort and enjoyment is of paramount importance to him. All of the six in our party had suffered recent bereavements so to have made the right choice for our week’s holiday was special to us - and we really did make a fantastic choice with this villa. I highly recommend you book this property… you won’t regret it!

This villa is superb. Very well appointed & spotlessly clean. Plenty of room for families. The location is ideal, 5 min walk to the beach and bus stop. Plenty of places to eat with a large supermarket nearby. The gardens are very well cared for with a brilliant pool which is never busy. We would highly recommend!!!

We have just returned from 10 days at Martins property. Kurt and Janet couldn’t have been more helpful . It was fabulous , the villa had literally everything that you would need from shopping trolleys to sun cream and entertainment for the kid’s . It was spotless and actually really felt like home for 10 days . Lovely pool and neighbourhood as well . Also a special shout out for Hana the black lab next door - the kids were sad to say goodbye to her . She’s lucky she wasn’t stuffed in a case 😉

Lovely spacious house with everything you need. Large outside areas back and front with and BBQ. House has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and an additional toilet downstairs which was great for a group of friends sharing. Set in a quiet area with a nice shared pool that was never busy. Finally the communication from Martin was excellent with a very quick response to any questions we had.

We have just had 3 wonderful days in Benalmadena. Everything in the House was so fine. Also communication before our stay with Martin - and on arrival Janet. She had put out the sunbeds in front of the House - ready to use. We are already planning our next girls-on-tour trip to this lovely spot again.

Beautiful little place within walking distance of nearby bus stop. Accommodation lovely everything you need. Manager Kurt and his wife very helpful. Reported that the parasol handle broken due to been out in the elements. Kurt turned up the next day to replace with a brand new one. Can’t fault the place will definitely be returning one day soon. Even left us a bottle of milk and bread as we landed late was a nice touch. Lovely pool area and gardens very safe for children. 10/10. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We stayed at the property for two weeks and everything was just perfect. The house is lovely, very clean and spacious. We loved the two private outdoor areas which are great for outdoor dining and relaxing. The pool was fantastic, well maintained and much bigger than expected and never crowded. All communications were answered punctual. We would highly recommend this property. Our party like to visit a different place each year but wish we could take this house with us on our future travels.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 day stay at this villa. Martin was always so quick to get back to me with any queries I had. And kurt was so helpful and just a lovely man to meet. The villa itself was just beautiful. Aircon was a godsend however it would be lovely to have had it in the main areas. But was a welcome relief at night. Everywhere was so clean and the outdoor areas were beautiful. The communal pool was amazing. Perfect for our son as it has a shallow end for him to wade in. It really was just lovely. I couldn't reccomend it enough. Thankyou all so much for making our first family holiday abroad so magical. Lauren simmons.

We have just returned from a lovely 5 night break in this wonderful house, everything was immaculate, very homely feeling, the pool area was great, although unfortunately the weather wasn't warm enough for us to use it, hopefully next time ! Would definitely recommend it. The only negative was the fact that we arrived quite late about 10.00pm, by which time the supermarkets were closed , it would have been nice if we had been left some basic provisions such as water, milk, bread etc, however, Kurt advised us of a petrol station about 20 minutes walk away where we were able to purchase these items. Would definitely stay here again

We had a very enjoyable stay in Martins villa. From the start he was fantastic at responding to my many questions. (He even posted my phone charger and sunglasses to me which I forgot!) Janet and Kurt where on hand whilst we were in Spain and very helpful. Villa was spotless, with lovely front and rear terraces to sit in private. Pool was very convenient and not often busy which was a plus as we usually rent villas with a private pool. Location was perfect as so convenient to the Mercadona and several places to eat plus the beach was great for my husband and son to snorkel. Also, we haired a car but where the villa is there’s buses which go in both directions and less hassle than trying to park. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We had an amazing holiday in Martin's Villa. We immediately felt at home and loved staying there. It was exceptionally clean and well maintained. It is perfect for families and our 8 year old daughter loved the spacious pool and the great outdoor area's. The back patio was so peaceful and a great spot to enjoy a meal overlooking the golf course. The Villa has everything you need for a great holiday. Martin answered emails very quickly and nothing was too much trouble. The Villa is very well presented and in a great location, minutes from the beach and supermarkets and yet sits in a small peaceful gated community. We would highly recommend this Villa you won't be disappointed! Definitely visiting again! M & N Smith

We had a most enjoyable stay. Prior to arrival Martin and Rachel Antoney were very helpful in answering our questions. We found Kurt and Janet, who care for the day to day running of the property, to be most welcoming. Being a gated property we felt really safe. The villa itself has everything we needed, and more. Plenty of room for lounging about in the sun, and the pool was brilliant. Perfect after a day out. A short walk took us to the local beach, or to the bus stop. The local buses run along the coast, ideal to visit one of the many other beaches, or to the Marina with its variety of places to eat and drink. Would recommend the Wok for a great meal. Also worth a visit is Mijas, in the mountains, Wednesday they put on a free Flamenco show in the main square. We would definitely recommend this villa as the ideal place to enjoy your holiday in the sun.

Lovely villa. Great facilities and loved the front and back terrace. Very relaxing and peaceful setting. Really nice bars and restaurants nearby. Quite a distance from the main action (squares and marina) but simple bus journey or short taxi ride. Great short break.

Lovely villa, nice quiet location not too far away from the restaurants. Really lovely stay, the villa had fabulous big terraces front and back and was located conveniently for the pool. The villa was very well equipt with a lot of additional extras, such as books, games, beach/pool toys. Would definitely book again Janet and Kurt were very pleasant and nothing was too much trouble !

superb villa .. appointed to high standard .. very well equipped .. very clean .. lots of things left by previous visitors .. tea coffee salt etc etc etc which shows everyone loves it .. we loved it ! .. kurt there to give us keys and could not have been more helpful .. almost perfect peaceful location (except for early morning noise in rear ensuite bedroom .. from cutting of golf course grass everyday starting at 8am) .. nothing else to fault .. frequent local buses run up and down coast .. 1.55 euro per trip .. You will not be disappointed if you book this place

A lovely well presented house in a superb location.

Our family had a very enjoyable two weeks in the villa. The accommodation was generous, comfortable and very well equipped. It was like home away from home. We were quite surprised to find buckets and spades for the children, as well as a variety of games for the adults. The two terraces were very generous and we made a point of having our breakfast at the back overlooking the pleasant and very green golf course and our supper on the front terrace with the view of the swimming pool. The onsite swimming pool was larger than many hotels we have stayed in and it felt like our own private pool. There was never more that a handful of other people using the pool at any one time. We felt very safe in the private gated community and quite peaceful. The walk to the main road took no more than three minutes for the average walker and the buses were very frequent, although we spent a lot of time strolling into Benalmadena or relaxing on the little beaches directly opposite the golf course. We had no difficulty gaining access to the building as Kurt who met us on our arrival was very helpful and friendly. He was there waiting for us when we arrived and offered us any support we needed. We will certainly be returning to the villa as we are frequent visitors to Torrequebrada.
