The parking was great we rented a large car and was able to park ourside in a secure area. We were met on arrival with keys and instructions. When we had questions we texted. The unit clean and had a lovely ocean view. We appreciated the washer and dryer as we were there for two weeks. There were groceries close by if you had a car. If you have a car you can travel to lots of places Granada ,Rhonda etc

The property is simply superb . Ideal for a family or a couple with plenty of room throughout . The pool is stunning and certainly ticks all the box's . The kitchen is well fitted out with all required appliances . The apartments WIFI and A/C is really effective throughout the whole property . Prior to our stay and throughout the holiday Mathieu was excellent at responding to any questions and processing all required details. Would highly recommend for a relaxing vacation . Julian

Absolutely lovely

We stayed for a week and the whole place was lovely. You do need a car but there are some lovely places to visit and eat at about 20 minutes away. The photos of the pool area do not do it justice most of the time we were the only ones in the pool. The apartment was clean and had just about everything we needed although a DVD player would have been good for the kids at times. We would definitely recommend for both families or couples looking to get away. Mathieu was very quick to respond to any questions we had and recommended a lovely restaurant

Die Wohnung hat uns super gut gefallen, es fehlt an nichts. Es ist sehr viel Geschirr, Gläser und Besteck vorhanden. Die A/C und das WLAN funktioniert einfach wunderbar. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend. Der Balkon lädt zum verweilen und geniessen ein. Wir waren zu 3. und hatten ausreichend viel Platz. Aus unserer Sicht ist ein Auto unbedingt notwendig (aber das hat man ja eigentlich hier immer :-) )

A splendid apartment. Very clean, very well equipped. The contact with the owner was perfect. The swimming pool at the complex is very nice. The location offers a great view, but a car is necessary. Inhouse parking place. Some tips: the cable car up the mountain. And when you want a great steak: restaurant Da Checco & Paola! For sure a place to return!

Séjour passé avec 2 enfants. Superbe appartement, spacieux et totalement équipé avec tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin et plus !! Propre, 2 grandes chambres et 2 terrasses pour finir des journées passées près de la très grande piscine surveillée et dotée de "plage" d'une fine pelouse. En résumé, à réserver sans crainte et la certitude de passer, comme nous, de magnifiques vacances. Le propriétaire, Matthieu, contribuera à faciliter votre séjour.

Nous sommes restés 2 semaines dans cet appartement vraiment exceptionnel. Encore mieux que sur les photos, grand espace de vie, 2 grandes terrasses, cet appartement est complet au niveau de ses accesoires, tout y est pour passer d'inoubliables vacances entre mer et montagnes. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés, l'acceuil est top comme tout le reste. Proche de tout, mercadona (supermarché espagnol, mer, montagne, villages blancs d'andalousie,....) je vous recommande d'avoir une voiture pour profiter de tout ce qui entoure cet appartement. Endroit calme, reposant, jardin luxuriant, piscine incroyable..... Soit que du positif, aucun point négatif!!!! Merci aux hôtes ...

appartement de très belle qualité, bien équipé;jardin paysager magnifique très bien entretenu et surtout piscine incroyable! je recommande ce lieu très calme, et près de tout les commerces, et à 10 mn de la plage, pratique aussi pour visiter l'andalousie; à noter parking couvert pour garder auto au frais! avons apprécié la corbeille de fruits à l'arrivée... cela donne envie d'y retourner!!!

Location au top! Très bon accueil du propriétaire avec en bonus une corbeille de fruits. Nous avons séjourné 12 jours avec nos 2 filles (4 et 7 ans) dans cette location qui était très bien entretenue, bien équipée, encore mieux que sur le descriptif ! La vue sur la mer de la terrasse est plus qu'agréable autant au petit matin qu'à l'apéro du soir. La splendide piscine qui est immense, bien entretenue, calme et surveillée par un secouriste (avec des enfants c est rassurant,aucun risque) est vraiment un plus. La situation est très bien car tout près de tout (magasins,plages, activités, ...) sans être au milieu de la zone trop touristique que nous cherchions à éviter. (Location voiture nécessaire) Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement et pourquoi pas y retournerons un jour.

Ceci est de loin la meilleure location que nous avons déjà eu à Benalmadena et nous visitons le coin prèsque chanque année depuis 8 ans ( famille 2 adultes et 2 enfants). Appartemment top, super équipé , rien ne manque... tres propre , idéalement situé (endoit en hauteur très calme, pres de supermarché, juste 10 mn pour aller vers la plage en voiture.) La piscine est superbe et le jardin très bien entretenu. J'aimerai garder cette addresse en secret rien que pour nous , mais les propriétaires méritent certainement le partage ! a louer sans hésiter...

Nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances dans cet appartement spacieux et très bien équipé (2 salles de bains, grande terrasse, canapé confortable, climatisation etc...) Vous arrivez dans une oasis luxuriante avec une magnifique piscine et il ne vous reste plus qu'à vous détendre devant une superbe vue sur la mer. La découverte de la région et de la culture Andalouse est vraiment attrayante et diversifiée. Tout était, une nouvelle fois, parfait pour notre deuxième séjour dans cette location sans défauts et d'un très bon rapport qualité-prix. Nous recommandons, sans réserves, cet appartement.

On ne nous avait dit que du bien de cette location. Dès notre arrivée dans la résidence, nous avons été enchantés par la végétation luxuriante qui borde les allées. Le jardinier est un artiste. Tout est net, propre, enchanteur. On arrive à l'appartement. Il est parfait pour deux couples. On se croirait a l'hotel. Draps, serviettes de bain et de plage, torchons, savon, shampoing, produits d'entretien sont prévus. Dans le frigo, des rafraichissements, et une belle coupe de fruit nous attend sur la table de salon. La qualité et le bon goût règnent. Nous disposons d'une place de parking en sous sol avec un ascenceur qui dessert directement la porte de l'appartement. En voiture, nous sommes à 15 mn de la plage de Benalmadena, très belle station balnéaire et à 5 mn des commerces. Nous avons loué la voiture chez Marbesol (parfait également) et pour de bons tapas le midi ou une soirée sympa : la Fuente, un bon restau à 10 mn. Vous avez compris que nous sommes enchantés de nos vacances et que nous n'hésitons pas à recommander cette location. Il est déja prévu d'y retourner l'an prochain.

Nous étions deux adultes et trois enfants pendant deux semaines. La résidence est idéalement située sur les hauteurs de Benalmadena. Les prestations sont de très grande qualité avec une piscine de très grande taille et une pataugeoire pour les enfants. Nous étions à quelques kilomètres de la plage et l'appartement dispose de tout le confort nécessaire pour agréable séjour. La terrasse est de très bonne taille et la vue est imprenable sur la Méditerranée. Nous recommandons donc à la fois cette résidence et cet appartement auprès de nos familles et amis.

Appartement situé dans une très belle Residence jardin verdoyant et très bien entretenu piscine gigantesque avec vue magnifique sur la mer et surveillée (idéal pour les enfants) . Le logement est spacieux , très bien équipé ,décoré avec goût , climatisé ,literie excellente. Enfin très grande terrasse avec vue mer ,un vrai petit paradis. Avons passé d'excellentes vacances . Location avec réel standing . A réserver sans hésitation.
