Judith Apartment in Las Acacias Residence is a lovely unique apartment, very comfortable, spacious, has all the things that you need. Spacious and hygienic, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathromms - one with shower, one with bath, large livingroom, kitchen, laundry. All rooms have aircondition hot/cold. From the livingroom enter to the west-side terrace (18 sqm) on the upstairs. On the downstairs from the two rooms can enter to the downstairs terrace (18 sqm).
This is 3 stories house, zero, minus, plus levels. Our apartment are on the minus level and in it duplex. We have no lift, you need go down on steps. In the entrance hall you can find the kitchen, laundry, livingroom, stephall, and the large west-side sunny terraces. On the downstairs you can find 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and the covered and with glas curtains assembe large terrace for relax. Both bedrooms open to the downstairs terrace.
Well-kept community, lovely tropical garden, with large swimmingpool, avaible in all year. WIFI, smart tv. beachequipments, large fridge, flowers, design elementes....My motto: Home...as at home......
No possibility for disabled people.
We have covered parkplace in the yard, the complex is gated. The aparment has all equipments, family-friendly. Home, as at home. 900 m on foot the neares beach Sunset beach. Lovely green area, next to the famous Torrequebrada Golf Course and next to the new Al Baytar park in Benalmadena. Demaning people and quality community.

"Amazing property, lovely and clean. Walking distance to Golf Club - BUT - all up hill - OK for younger folk but you may wish to hire a car otherwise.
