Welcome to the Gartennest vacation cottage! This cozy home is located just 350 meters from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach and sits on a well-maintained garden lot in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort town of Koserow.
Enjoy the sun and fresh air on the small patio right in front of the cottage—perfect for relaxing moments surrounded by greenery.
A parking space for your car is available for your convenience. We also ask that you do not bring bike racks, bicycles, or e-scooters into the vacation cottage. You can conveniently park these on the property.
The initial set of bed linens and towels is not included in the total price. If needed, these can be booked for an additional fee.
One dog is welcome for an additional fee, provided its shoulder height does not exceed 40 cm.
Please note that charging electric cars is not permitted.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, and a dining table—ideal for sharing meals together.
The bedroom features a cozy double bed that ensures restful nights. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and hair dryer. Eco-radiators provide comfortable warmth.
