About this apartment rental
We warmly welcome you to our vacation resort on Usedom in the Baltic Sea resort town of Koserow! You’ll find rest and relaxation in our lovingly furnished vacation apartments. Vacation Apartment No. 12 is located on the top floor of a vacation house with four apartments. The accommodations are in a quiet location. Both the beach (8 min) and the town center (5 min), with its various shopping options and restaurants, are very easy to reach.
WE 12:
Beautiful 2-room vacation apartment on the 1st floor. The bedroom, featuring a double bed, and the combined living room and bedroom—with a sofa bed (for a 3rd or 4th person) and a flat-screen TV—are both lovingly decorated in a nautical style. The apartment includes a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washing machine. The living area features an open and well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave. The apartment has a furnished balcony.
A free parking space is available.
The beach and the famous historic Koserow salt huts, dating from the 19th century, are just 800 meters away. The Baltic Sea resort of Koserow offers plenty of shopping opportunities as well as many recreational activities, all within easy walking distance. Vacation with a dog
Your four-legged friend up to a height of approx. 30 cm is very welcome here (maximum 1 dog). We charge a fee of €10.00 per night for your dog’s stay, plus a one-time fee of €20.00 for final pet cleaning. To ensure all guests feel comfortable, we ask that you keep your dog on a leash while on the premises.

Services to be paid on-site must be settled directly upon arrival/key handover.
