About this apartment rental
Back home in Koserow, you’ll find a lovingly furnished, light-filled 60-square-meter space with a beautiful and cozy sun terrace. All the furniture and decorative items are designed to make you feel right at home the moment you walk through the door.
Located on a quiet side street, far from the main road and the railroad tracks, you can even hear the Baltic Sea on stormy days. The neighbors across the street keep chickens, and you can hear the rooster crowing—which really underscores the rather rural setting.
This apartment was first listed for rent by 2005 - 2019.
From 2019 to 2022, we felt very much at home here and made it our own.
Now we’ve moved with our four large dogs (Broholmers) into a house with a large garden, and we’re offering you our home as a place where YOU can feel comfortable and enjoy your vacation.
Because this aspect—“feeling comfortable, feeling at home, being able to settle in, finding peace, and enjoying yourself…”—is so important to us, this property is named “DAHEIM IN KOSEROW.”

We offer two apartments here, each with a parking space in the attached underground garage. The underground garage also provides enough space to store bicycles, and from there you can access the apartments directly via a stairwell inside the building.
Koserow is one of the “Bernsteinbäder” (Amber Baths). These are a group of seaside resorts on Usedom that includes not only Koserow but also the towns of Zinnowitz, Zempin, and Loddin. The Bernsteinbäder are known for their beautiful sandy beaches, picturesque scenery, and fresh sea air.
The Bernsteinbäder are very popular with vacationers and offer numerous recreational activities such as water sports, cycling, hiking, and wellness. The towns have a well-developed tourist infrastructure with restaurants, shops, and rail connections.
The Bernsteinbäder are also known for their historic architecture, particularly the piers and villas in the resort style. Especially worth seeing is the 315-meter-long pier at Zinnowitz, which is one of the longest and oldest piers on the Baltic Sea coast.
In stark contrast to this is the pier in Koserow, which opened in 2018; its modern architecture blends harmoniously into the surroundings and offers visitors a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea and the coast.
