The apartment is decorated in a modern English country house style. Walnut and cream tones predominate. The flooring, wall coverings, furniture, and furnishings are coordinated and give the apartment its characteristic country house charm. A staircase leads from the living room to a spacious duplex bedroom with a double bed and an additional single bed. The apartment is ideal for families or couples traveling together, as both bedrooms feature double beds.
The vacation apartment is located on the upper floor of the vacation home, at the back on the right. It consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony with seating, a bedroom, and a bathroom with natural light. In addition to two bedrooms with double beds, a third bed is available in the duplex bedroom.
The cream-and-walnut-colored high-gloss built-in kitchen is functional and high-quality, featuring, among other things, a toaster, coffee maker, a microwave with grill and convection functions for pizza, a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, and a freezer compartment. Large southwest-facing balcony with an awning.

The vacation apartments are located in a vacation home newly built in 2008, with a total of 6 apartments of varying sizes, ranging from 1 to 4 rooms, accommodating 1–7 people, in an established residential area—just about 200 meters from the coastal forest and about 400 meters from the Baltic Sea. The furnishings in the apartments are coordinated
and individually designed. With our experience in renting out vacation apartments, we offer you an eventful and special vacation within walking distance of the sea in harmoniously furnished vacation apartments. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. All apartments feature a bathroom with natural light, a shower, and a towel warmer, as well as heating; some also have an electric tiled stove. Dogs are welcome. The dog beach in Koserow is about 700 meters away along the lakeside promenade. A maximum of 2 dogs per apartment. Unfortunately, cats are not permitted.
Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00, and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
