We warmly welcome you to our vacation complex on Usedom in the Baltic Sea resort of Koserow! You’ll find rest and relaxation in our lovingly and modernly furnished vacation apartments. The Baltic Sea resort of Koserow offers many activities, all of which are within walking distance. The beach and the famous historic Koserow salt huts, dating from the 19th century, are only about an 8-minute walk away. Experience Usedom in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Koserow.

Vacation with a dog
Your four-legged friend, up to approximately 30 cm in height, is very welcome here (maximum 1 dog). We charge a fee of €10.00 per night for your pet’s stay, plus a one-time fee of €20.00 for final pet cleaning. To ensure that all guests feel comfortable, we ask that you keep your dog on a leash while on the property.

- Two bicycles are available for free use. Use of the bicycles is at your own risk.
- Guests can use Wi-Fi free of charge.
These are voluntary additional services and therefore not features of the vacation rental guaranteed under travel law. Accordingly, a rent reduction cannot be claimed in the event of their unavailability.
