Spacious Oasis, 5-bedroom house in Boulder with Views, 5.5 miles from Pearl St

This is the perfect spot for families or friends groups! We were able to relax, cook food together, and enjoyed multiple outdoor lounging options in addition to many pool games!

Great spot for family gatherings or large families. It was perfect for 4 couples and 2 teens. Backyard was amazing! House was well stocked and had everything we needed. Feels secluded but very close to town and all the things we wanted to do. Communication with owner was prompt and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back. Trish and Dave were fantastic hosts, very responsive and easy to communicate with from start to finish.The location is truly special. The views from every window are beautiful, and being right across the street from an amazing trailhead was such a bonus, with another one just down the street. It felt like we were fully immersed in nature, yet still just minutes from town. Downtown Boulder, CU Boulder, and Pearl Street were all only about 10 minutes away, with great restaurants and grocery stores very close by. It really offered the perfect balance of natural surroundings and convenience.The house itself was comfortable and quiet at night. The beds were all very comfortable, and we especially loved the recliner couches after long days out exploring. The master bedroom was great with a large bathroom and shower, and the upstairs bedrooms were perfect for the kids with plenty of space. The layout made it easy for everyone to spread out while still having great central areas to gather together.The backyard was another highlight. We loved grilling, sitting around the fire pit in the evenings, and relaxing in the rocking chairs. It was such a great space to unwind.Overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommend staying here.
