We're new hosts on VRBO and out to make a memorable impression! Prepare to be SPOILED!
We have been SuperHosts on another platform for 9 years, hosting over 750+ guests.
At The Iris House you will be spoiled in pure luxury! A True Boulder Gem, this Historic Home is located in the heart of Boulder, a bike ride away from Pearl Street Mall and so much more!
The Iris House was built in 1890 and is one of the original Boulder Homestead Farm houses that remains. It has been lovingly remodeled by a Chicago Designer who was previously featured in Architectural Digest!
3500 Sq Ft., 3 stories of living area and a basement.
The main level includes a kitchen, dining/living room, private office & bathroom with vintage claw-foot tub, bright, cozy sunroom with gas fireplace and porch off the rear (along with a gas grill).
The front porch runs the length of the house and is covered, seating & tables for dining & cozy conversations awaits you! Sip coffee, a glass of wine or local cold brew and enjoy the mountain views!
The second level includes 3 bedrooms, 1 office, full bathroom, & washer/dryer.
Note- Bedroom 4 is setup as an office but will have the option of a twin size pull out or air mattress to accommodate another guest.
Bedroom 2 has a large private deck attached and mini fridge in the closet.
The third level is a sun soaked master suite with full bathroom/jacuzzi tub, walk in closet and it's own heating and cooling separate from the rest of the house, a gas fireplace and great views of the Boulder Flatirons can also be enjoyed!
The basement can be made available to store personal belongings if needed.

- Upon request- Stocked Refrigerator (a preference list for 1 week of basic groceries will be provided prior to check in and is INCLUDED with your reservation)
- Weekly Cleaning, Refresh all Linens, Clean Bathrooms, Kitchen (INCLUDED)
- Access to SUV Vehicle, (proof of insurance and current DL required)
- Use of Fine China & Crystal for Special Family Meals
- The option for a private chef for special meals, either Brunch or Dinner (added fee)- Advance notice is required
-Entire Home Professionally decorated during holidays, Fresh Greenery throughout (Please contact us in advance with any allergies or restrictions)
- Plush Frette Slippers & Cozy Robes for every guest

This is a great house. Historical, distinctive, clean, and decorated exquisitely for the holidays, this unique house was suprisingly quiet for being near a street. The bedrooms were large and hang-out areas were all over: multiple sitting rooms, a balcony, and a wrap-around porch. The robes were a nice touch as well. The place is easy to find (you can't miss it) and is convenently located right on a bus line. Thanks for a comfortable, fun stay!

This was a wonderful place to stay for our son’s CU graduation. There were 6 of us total. The house is wonderfully decorated with the most beautiful flower arrangements and other special touches (too many to list). The hosts were so helpful and responsive. This was a top notch property! We loved it!
