Nice location and tipical American's house. Really good experience!
Some noise during the night due to road trafic, but you can sleep well

Communal spaces and separate bedrooms. Fully outfitted kitchen so we didn't have to eat out every meal. And there was coffee for the coffeemaker!! Terrific proximity to lots of interesting places and the town was easy to navigate. Loved the history. Free, off the street parking right outside our door. Enjoyed the sound of the the trains at night.
My friend and I were on a mini-sewing retreat and the lighting in the home was not quite what we needed at night. We had to craftily employ one of the fireplace tools to turn on the overhead lights in the parlor ceiling fan. The shower control handle was missing a screw and came off.

This was a beautiful historical stay in an amazing historical city. We loved staying so close to all the Lincoln sites and spending our time in a home decorated with beautiful antiques from that era.
