The view is the best view in town! The location was pretty awesome! Right in the heart of downtown.
There were ants. I have a video but it won’t let me upload. The bathroom in the bedroom, the shower creaked sooo bad when showering. To the point I didn’t even want to use it. It may be getting close to time to replace the mattresses. There was also a smell coming from the hall or hall bathroom. Not sure which one but it was pretty pungent.

Very private with everything I needed. Easy access to parking. A nice kitchen to prepare my own food.
Steps were a challenge, but a good workout! I couldn’t get the bedroom TV to connect to the WiFi.

We loved the location. In the historic heart of Springfield right across from the Old State Capitol which we could see out of the window. Walking distance to many attractions. Historic but updated with all the modern conveniences.
The only negative is there is a two story climb up an inside stairwell to the apartment and when you are 68 years old with bad joints and arthritis that can be a challenge but we felt very safe.
