This is a lovely home. Completely renovated and well done. The refrigerator was not working when we got there. I messaged the host and he had a new refrigerator installed the next morning. The host is excellent and prompt with communicating. They is a great place to stay in Springfield!

This BEAUTIFUL SPACIOUS home is located in a very nice quiet neighborhood that's actually close to some very nice eateries/retail stores. If I could give a 100 instead of a 10 in ratings overall, I would definitely give my stay and this property a 100!! The home was extremely clean, decorated very nicely with plenty of very useful amenities. The host is absolutely amazing, very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable about the area. I will definitely be staying here again, hopefully in the near future and that alone says a lot about this property especially since I have a lot of family who reside in Springfield. I am happy I chosed to stay at The Archer Homestead and I am sure you will be as well...
