The house has beautiful architecture and is nicely redone. It only sleeps 6 people, so unless you bring extra mattresses, you will not sleep more than that. We had teenagers on the very small couches and they were not comfortable. There was a small live rodent in one of the closets. Very poor lighting outside the house, which was kind of scary because of the area. One shower and the door is coming off. Slow to respond to emails.
Great walking distance to governor’s house and the capitol and downtown.
