Unique Route 66 themed, family-friendly! Located 5 minutes from Scheels park.

This apartment is very nice and has lots of room to move around in. We found it very clean felt perfectly fine having our kids crawl around on the floor. The main thing that keeps me from giving it a 5-star rating is that my 4-year old discovered that there was a loose section of railing on the second story deck. I would guess that it will be fixed for the next guest, but I don't feel like such a safety concern should ever be present unless a guest breaks it themself.

We enjoyed our Springfield stay and the convenient location of this apartment. Route 66 decor was fun and really loved the interior of this home. There were no issues requiring us to reach out to host during our stay. Plenty of space for family to relax, play games or watch TV. Kitchen was well suited for our needs since we just wanted coffee, soft drinks, and snacks while there. The stairs would be challenging for our older family members.

Apartment was very clean and cutely decorated. I was traveling to Springfield to advocate and this was a perfect place to rest in between trips to the capitol building. There are window air units in both bedrooms and one in the living room, which kept the humidity out of the apartment.

The place is really cute and very clean. Host was always quick to respond to questions. Location was also great since we spent our time at the Scheel's Dome. However, with no AC and it being 80 degrees we needed to open the windows. Three of the windows had no screens so we couldn't open them, and one had a giant gash through it so couldn't open that one either. Also one of the ceiling fans in the bedrooms was missing the string for the fan so we could only turn on the light. Needless to say it was hot and uncomfortable. Also just FYI the table is at the opposite end of the apartment from the kitchen, which wasn't a deal breaker, but slightly inconvenient. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the apartment, despite being hot.
