Casa Laurinda Funchal

We really enjoyed staying at Casa Laurinda. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The apartment was well equipped and there was everything we could have asked for. The location is really good. Very near the centre and the coast but still calm surroundings. No need to climb up the mountain when coming to the apartment. Yes, there are some abandoned buildings, but so is everywhere and the buildings where quiet and we felt always safe. The parking was very easy and cheap to nearby public parking garage. It was located just across the street. Host also provided other parking instructions if you want to park on the street. The host is incredibly kind and attentive, probably best we’ve ever had. We had some hassle with our travel plans and her support was invaluable. The communication was fast and efficient and trip suggestion were provided.

Nothing. We had no trouble at all, but remember that the place is in three levels. Good stairs and anti-slip surfaces installed but a bit narrow.

La casa è molto accogliente, curata nei minimi dettagli fornita di qualsiasi accessorio sia per cucinare che per Bagno nel bagno asciugamani abbondanti e anche per il mare anche teli per il mare. Il mare Lucy è stata molto gentile e sempre presente. Ha fornito indicazioni ci ha fornito informazioni preziose riguardanti l’accesso a alle strade principali nei giorni del rally, che ci hanno permesso di programmare al meglio al nostro soggiorno. Lucy c’ha anche fatto trovare un cesto di prodotti locali e bibite veramente molto gentile. Molto importante nella zona non ci sono problemi di posteggio sia lungo la strada che nella posteggio a pagamento multipiano che è anche economico 4,5 € al giorno.

La zona è centrale, unica pecca la via in ristrutturazione. Comunque molto sicura e silenziosa.
