Room was spacious, comfortable beds and pillows. Good desk for working. Smeg kitchen appliances, though I did not use anything except for the fridge. Provided shower gel/shampoo/conditioner. Self check in is smooth. Location was great, 2min walk from the main square

As there is no reception, it is not possible to drop off luggage in the event that I arrive early. The host did provide information on luggage storage rentals around the city. When I checked out, the lift was not working. I had to carry my luggage down two floors.

an excellent centrally located apartment, very much worth being in the centre given walking in Lisbon is like climbing a mountain in a heatwave, also Rossio station literally across the road was conveniently located for our day trip to Sintra. The Apartment felt surprisingly spacious with a fully equipped kitchen, Nespresso machine with plenty of pods was a great touch. King bed was very comfortable. WiFi provided and fast. No restrictions on the Aircon unit like you find in some places. Our room had a small patio area at the back which was nice to have available, the view was mostly dilapidated disused buildings but you could see the saint Jorge castle to the left, We would stay again

The front door of the building is extremely heavy to open or close, some of the other guests were less than careful when coming and going in the small hours causing it to slam loudly. The TVs location on the wall made watching it somewhat awkward. There were a few areas in the apartment that needed a touch of TLC, the wallpaper by the TV was coming away at the corners, the cabinet door front of the dishwasher was missing and the bidet pipe had a defect, none of these were major issues and the lovely stay team were prompt in their reply via WhatsApp when alerted to the bidet

O atendimento por telefone, eu tive problemas em achar o imóvel no endereço, aluguei correndo então não tive tempo para preencher os dados e muito menos prestei atenção em todos os dados. Demorou muito para ter acesso ao apartamento. Do restante está perfeito.
