No breakfast provided or tea and coffee facilities, which was not a huge problem but would have been nice to have been advised prior to arrival

Housekeeping every day would have been better, quite noisy at time in late evenings.

Everyone on staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

We have stayed in this house 2 weeks and we were 4 people. Overall here is our honest review: - The house was comfy to stay except noise issue it was okey. - The house was newly renovated and clean - There were many facilities around like shops and cafes - Its about 15 minutes walk to old town - The cleaning service every 2 days were good - The communication with the staff was pleasant they were helpful - Small living room area and dining table was a good addition - Beds were comfortable and towels were clean - They gave us a small gift which was very nice - Most of the neighbours were very friendly and nice to us - The aircons were working good

- The place was very noisy for us. We have stayed 2 weeks here and since it is very near to neighbours as well as windows and walls have no soundproof, you hear everything. There are two restaurants next to the house and one water refill station, during the day you would listen to the noise of washing the bottles filling the bottles coming and going trucks. - The house is in a local neighbourhood. In the night sometimes there are ward announcements at 5 am for 1 hour long. During our stay we experienced this 4 times in total. It is very loud, impossible to sleep unless you do not care about the noise. And it continues for 1 hour. We learnt this is a common practice in some parts of Vietnam. Also the speakers are next to the house. I would say except friday which was loud until 1-2 am mostly, the quiet hours are around 10-11 pm to 5 am. - Addition to the ward, one neighbour starts in the very early morning maximum around 5.30 am, to make very very disturbing sounds outside. So we basically woke up everyday if no ward announcements thanks to the neighbour whenever he started to make these sounds. He continues for 30-60 minutes long every day. We tried to tell him to stop but he just kept going. Also 1-2 times some other neighbours played super loud music at 1-2 am. - The shower has very limited hot water, it gets cold in 5-10 minutes. There is a bath in the house but we tried one time to use it, sadly due to the hot water issue we couldn’t. So basically the bathtub is more like a decoration. - There were occasional bugs and geckos in the house but this was not such an issue for us. - The bedroom with the balcony is extremely hot. This is because (our guess) the restaurant next building had their kitchen on the side and probably their chimney goes through the building wall therefore all the heat transfers in this house. Except the room you would not feel it so much but the room with balcony is almost impossible to sleep without the aircon on.
