Nice location, just outside the chaos of the Old Town. The pool was fantastic to have as we were there in the middle of a heatwave. Excellent communication from Thuy.
The pool is difficult to get in and out of as there are no steps or ladder. The living space was small, no room for us to have visitors at all. Overall it felt a little tired

The pool was an excellent reprieve from hot days - especially for kids. The cleaners did a fantastic job, the beds were excellent and very thankful for air conditioning in bedrooms.
Top stair was a bit problematic but navigable.
