Perfect location. Quiet and yet so close to the old town.  Perfect hosts. Helpful and friendly.  Perfect room. Large spacious triple, with balcony and ensuite.  Towels were changed daily. Cheap cold water and kettle available. Brilliant restaurants nearby. I highly recommended Chopsticks. This homestay was a great find.  
It was really good. Can't think of any suggestions for improving the homestay.

Really hospitable owner clean rooms with Aircon and a fan. Quiet part of town nicely out of the way of the chaos of the inner city but a very walkable distance from it. Scooter rental and transport can be arranged here too. all in all a great experience!

Fantastic night spent in the Pebble Homestay. The lady was very friendly, the house is very quiet: the situation is ideal to me. Not so far from the market but a bit apart of it, so that we don't suffer from the noise in the main streets. The room was large. The shower was separated from the toilets part, which I appreciated.
A little bit of humidity but it's the case of any hotel in Vietnam.
