Accueil très chaleureux, une piscine très propre et ombragée, 5 vélos à disposition, un grand billard, une sono, une machine à laver, des très grandes chambres, de bons resto à proximité et très bien placée.

The hosts are an amazing family, who ensured our needs were looked after, always going above and beyond what we expected. Words can’t describe how grateful we are to have stayed at the property. The house was very clean and in a great location.

Location is nice, near to old town Hoian. Good that they have bicycles you can use. The space is big, `i guess mostly meant to be for large groups, not so much families. Big tv with karaoke type set, some people must really like that.
It was not like you would expect when seeing the pictures. The bathrooms are quite run down and maybe because it is so big, not all was clean. Toothpaste and splatters on mirrors, bed sheets with little stain, kitchen sticky. There was a rat in the garden (which I guess they can't help, but because the kitchen is not within the house, this will attract animals).
