Everything! Exceptionally comfortable and spacious. Private sparkling clean pool, pool table. Tunes you could play through the entertainment system. Host greeted us onsite with a platter of fresh fruit and explained how everything worked. Came and visited the day before we left with more fresh fruit for us and asked if everything was going well, quick clean of the pool as well.

Location is nice, near to old town Hoian. Good that they have bicycles you can use. The space is big, `i guess mostly meant to be for large groups, not so much families. Big tv with karaoke type set, some people must really like that.
It was not like you would expect when seeing the pictures. The bathrooms are quite run down and maybe because it is so big, not all was clean. Toothpaste and splatters on mirrors, bed sheets with little stain, kitchen sticky. There was a rat in the garden (which I guess they can't help, but because the kitchen is not within the house, this will attract animals).
