Riverside Impression Villa

This was the most gorgeous place. Absolutely beautiful. The staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful. Water buffalo in the river outside, a wonderful pool which was well needed and the perfect quiet retreat just outside HoiAn. If you don't come over the bridge to here, you are missing out! I so wish we had planned to stay longer here. We will hopefully return.

Everything was perfect.

The staff particularly Ms Rose, were amazing. Faultless. The setting is so beautiful with the koi pond in the front yard and the swimming pool, bonsai trees, and the river at the back. We loved the old-style traditional building and our comfortable room which is more spacious than it looked in the photos. Loved having a couch and coffee table to lounge on after a day of walking and sightseeing! Ms Rose organised our laundry, drivers and gave us restaurant and massage recommendations, all of which were great. We loved staying here as a couple in their fifties with two older teenagers. Great value.

A bit of a trek into/out of the old town - about a km each way, so you plan your days carefully in the heat! It was 34 degrees while we were in Hoi An, so time of year a consideration. Otherwise, nothing we loved it.

i really love this place

Good quiet location, away from the main part of town. But only a short walk to the old town. Big, comfortable room. Beautiful grounds, with lots of colourful flowers and bonsai trees, and a lovely pond with fish. Lovely hosts, Ms Kim and Ms Rose. Very kind and friendly, great at organising transfers, tours and obtaining tickets to shows and attractions.

Wi-Fi was a bit hit and miss. Breakfast was from 7am to 9am. But if you went at 7am, they were only just setting up and cleaning the area. Often had to wait for food to be prepared.
