Really very nice place with super friendly owner.
When we arrived we got lucky. We got the family room with balking. I think the best room (out of only four) they have.
Location is great. Few minutes walk to the beach and with an uber you are within 15/20 minutes in the old town.

Hon and her family were very welcoming and they've established a lovely homestay with lush garden and beautiful pool. Short walks to An Bang beach, restaurants, cafes and shops.
My king room had 2 windows which looked out only to white walls, which i found to be claustrophobic. I wished I recognised this when I made the booking.
