    The rooms are spacious with a balconies so you can hang towels and wet swim stuff. The staff are lovely and always around. It's off the main road so quiet but easy to walk to the beach and restaurants.

    I booked this room based on location,pool,possible breakfast, Free bike rentals and in room laptop safe. There are many other hotels nearby that offer these same amenities. upon checking in to my room, I was pleasantly surprised that it did have a a seating area and a work space along with a nice balcony. Unfortunately the laptop safe was non functional. I was hoping to take a bike ride around town, but was told the "free" bikes mentioned in the Agoda listing would cost me 50,000 dong. It's not that much,but it's not free as advertised. I showed the Agoda listing to the bellman but he insisted I pay. I talked to a manager who was somewhere offsite and as she requested, I sent her a screenshot of the amenities listing free bike rentals.She never replied after that. The pool was nice. I never did see anyone eating breakfast. so I cant comment on that. I find it frustrating that there isn't anyone on site capable of addressing minor issues.
