    Rustic, a little rundown but absolutely lovely and responsive staff. The room was a great size for what we paid, and the location made it worth it a thousand times over. It's right by the beach, where they have free sun beds/umbrellas right in between all the ones you have to pay for. It's in a very quiet area of Hoi An, about a 15 min. ride from old town, so keep that in mind if you're worried about location. We absolutely love the peace and quiet and the proximity to the beach. The stretch of road had the loveliest shopkeepers and was only a 20 min. walk from the other side, closer to An Bang beach and a lot more of a livelier scene. Great amenities, free bikes and they will help you arrange tours or car rides anywhere you need. They also have longer stays available. Would recommend if you're not fussy about cleanliness or sterile conditions.

    We ended up staying for 10 nights! 2 adults, 2 teen boys. Such a wonderful spot in Hoi An. Walk to beach, grab a coffee, maybe a surf lesson or massage. This end if An Bang beach is quiet, and safe with everything you need like mini marts, bank machine, and restaurants. When you get too hot on the beach, sit pool side at Santa and order a grab snack. Ride the included bikes up to the rice fields or over to An Bang proper for a few more di er options and some shopping. We were in Vietnam for 2.5 weeks before finding Santa. We decided to stay the rest of our vacation here because of how great the facility is, how nice the staff are, and how it ended up perfectly meeting our family needs. It's awesome, and we hope to go back one day.

    We spent eight days at Santa Sea resort. we found the location to be perfect for walking to all the restaurants in the beach area. The staff was great! Our room was cleaned quickly and efficiently each day. My husband needed some help to find a bottle of wine and some roses for my 59th birthday, and the staff immediately jumped in to help. I found it strange that everybody later in the day was wishing me a happy birthday lol! Such genuine, helpful people. we did not take the breakfast option so I cannot comment on that.There is no elevator as there isn’t in most places in the area. The pool is small, but well maintained. They have airport pick up and delivery if needed. It was lovely having somebody waiting for us at the airport with our name on a placard. The cost was very reasonable and we couldn’t find any other option that could take us to the airport for less so I would recommend arranging your ride with them. We met some really terrific people who were also staying there. That’s definitely one of the pluses! We will definitely stay again in the future.

    The property did not match the impression given by the listing. I had booked a rooftop deluxe room expecting a quiet beachside stay, but the surrounding area was heavily affected by construction, with noise beginning very early in the morning and continuing into the evening. The location also felt isolated, with limited nearby food options and no convenient beachfront atmosphere. The room itself was dated and poorly maintained for the price. The shower was positioned unusually low, and there was a visible stain around the toilet area that appeared not to have been properly cleaned. The facilities were basic and did not justify the cost of the booking. Service was inconsistent. The male staff member I dealt with on arrival was rude and unhelpful, which created a very poor first impression. However, the female staff member on duty the following day was polite, professional and helpful when I explained that I would be leaving early. I had originally booked five nights but checked out after one because the experience did not meet expectations. The hotel should be much clearer about the constant construction noise, the actual surrounding area and what guests can realistically expect from the location.
