A basic welcome pack would have been much appreciated - tea/coffee sachets, long life milk etc would have made it perfection!

Enjoyable stay

Nice decor and kitchen facilities good. Kids liked playing with games provided. Heating worked well and beds comfortable. Location ideal for exploring Loch Ness area.

Could have done with sponge/cloth for kitchen as washing up liquid was provided. Bathroom needs bit of maintenance (toilet seat not secure and shower door loose).

Great location, but bare bones

Clean, spacious, great location and comfortable

No spoons, one knife, really missing cutlery for normal functioning kitchen. Surprised there was no tea and coffee. Missing bin bags and no bins in bathrooms. Prior communication to arriving was poor and there was a mix up with our rooms. However, once it was identified it was quickly rectified. But host was a bit gruff in dealing with it - he seemed too busy and slightly annoyed.

A lovely first experience of Loch Ness and Fort Augustus

The apartment was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It was in a central location with off road parking.

There was no Wi-Fi in the property but connection could be made a short distance away.

Killer

Location is awesome right by the locks and an easy walk to everything. Beds were super comfortable and we had everything we needed to keep Ourselves and the kids entertained. Also really appreciated the staff including Martin and the welcome committee that helped get us situated and addressed things we needed help with quickly.

Great location and beautiful unit but a couple of issues need to be resolved for future stays.

The location was excellent, the living room was comfortable, and the kitchen was very nice. The beds were comfortable and offered a peaceful place to rest. We appreciated the ability to park in front of the unit instead of down over the hill or being charged for parking. Close to Loch Ness and easy walking distance in the village.

The unit had a washer but no dryer. This was really frustrating. There was a very bad odor in the unit that was coming from a closet near the bathroom. It was horrible and almost made me literally gag at one point. If this issue is dealt with, I would be happy to book clients here and/or stay here again. I cannot until I am certain this has been taken care of.

Property exceeded expectations, we will be back

The property was very well appointed, comfy beds and chairs, rooms were a good size and clean. only a few minutes walk from places to eat, plenty walks for the dog on the doorstep.

Toilet seat was broken, shower was too hot and we couldn't get it adjusted but these are points for the owner to sort rather than complaints.

PERFECT AND EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE

Location, Beautiful large apartment large bedrooms comfortable beds, Large Bathroom . Beautiful Living Room and Kitchen and Dining area. The washing machine is a bonus. Only metres away from Fort Augustus Village and restaurants. Great place to relax for a couple' of days. Great and helpful staff. Easy to check in. Great views from Apartment windows

That my messages were not returned If I recall I sent at least three. Also had an issue with the Wi-fi password. It's not hard to put a sticker on the back of the modem with the wi-fi password.

No instructions left for anything, hot water was off when we arrived, by the time it heated up we couldn’t turn it down and it was to hot to shower, beds extremely uncomfortable,lumpy pillows

Spacious apartments in a great location. Clean and nicely presented. We would stay again.

It was disappointing to not be provided with modest welcome stuff, like milk. However, it was completely unreasonable to have no hand soap, no shower gel and no shampoo. The linen for the sofa beds was a bit sparse (we rented three apartments)

It was a shame there wasn’t a bin liner in the bin, a sponge to wash up with or a tea towel to drive with. We have stayed in several places on our way here and they all provided these items

Had best sleep 😴 in a huge bed that was spacious and extra comfy

Lovely property clean and well equipped with extra things not expected ie nightlight torch washing, machine ,dishwasher ect. And oh my !!! Beds were heavenly best sleep I've had in a long time extra spacious and comfortable 1st class 🙌 nicely decorated with lovely decor🥇 location is lovely with a min walk to Loch and few bars and shops . Beautiful location absolutely stunning views, enjoyed a very peaceful walk its so calm and relaxing real lovely place 😊

Only thing really was shower was cold 🥶 and couldn't get it hot and the WiFi didn't work.

Nice apartment, worse service.

Very cozy and modern design apartment with spacious and luxurious open kitchen. Good location, many restaurants nearby, Loch Ness cruise is just 2 mins walking distance.

Cozy apartment but cold owner. Nice He seemed very impatient whenever I asked a few more questions. The booking.com property details mentioned hairdryer, but we couldn’t find one. When we called the owner, he said there wasn’t one and he couldn’t provide it because he lived 45 minutes away. He also emphasized that we should have requested anything we needed before arrival. With five of us (including two ladies) staying there, none of us could wash our hair that night. It felt like the only thing he cared about was making sure we checked out by 10 am.

Our family had the pleasure of staying in Apartment 1, and it was absolutely extraordinary. The rooms were vast and airy, and the living room/kitchen area left us in awe with its towering ceilings and fully equipped amenities. Each morning, we delighted in preparing our own breakfast in the comfort of our apartment. The photos simply don't capture the true essence of this splendid place. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable stay, as it is truly worth every penny. We are eagerly looking forward to booking again upon our return. The hosts were phenomenal!

Apartamento en buen estado. Cocina salón amplio. Un baño para todos, pero grande y limpio. Nosotros era una noche, con lo que no necesitábamos más. Cómodo y en una ubicación que nos venía bien en nuestro tour.

Tuvimos que llamar para pedir el código para abrir. No te lo mandan por la aplicación en mensaje antes de llegar. Puedes hacerlo por mensaje y esperar a que contesten. A mí me resulta más cómodo que te lo manden y cuando llegues ya estás despreocupado. Si tienes que llamar para que te lo den y no hablas bien inglés, es más problemático. Te contestan rápido cuando llamas.

Solo un consiglio: In linea con strutture simili di pari livello, consiglierei ai gestori di introdurre poche quantità di caffè/the per la prima colazione. In un soggiorno di breve durata è comodo trovarli in struttura (come ci è successo ovunque altrove)

Wir hatten ein sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Nur die besagten Mängelwaren nicht so schön

Schlafzimmer und Küche/Wohnbereich waren sehr schön. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage war super. Es gab viele Restaurants in der Nähe.

Das Badezimmer roch muffig. Es waren Stockflecken an der Decke und die Hälfte der Badmöbel waren nicht fachmännisch installiert sonder wackelten. Man hat das Gefühl, das es erst schön gedacht war, aber teils schlecht installiert und dann auch nicht mehr gepflegt. Da es kein Fenster gab, geb es ein Lüfter, welcher aber nicht ausreichend war um das Bad zu entlüften.

Bellissimo appartamento pulito e ben tenuto con tutto il necessario (elettrodomestici, stoviglie…) sia per i soggiorni brevi che per quelli prolungati, parcheggio riservato nel cortile interno.

Unico consiglio al proprietario: lasciare un kit thè/caffè per chi si ferma per brevi soggiorni e non è dotato di provviste.

Wunderschönes großes Appartement mitten in fort August

Ganz neues sehr großes Apartment mit sehr schönen Möbeln und dekorativen Elementen. Die Küche war mit nagelneuem Geschirr und jeglichen Küchenutensilien ausgestattet. Alle Geräte vorhanden Backofen Mikrowelle mixstab Toaster french press ect. Besser geht nicht!! Mitten im Ort am canal.

Klimatyczne mieszkanie w centrum wioski.

Widoki i sam apartament przepiękne, bardzo przestronne.

Wbrew rezerwacji dostaliśmy apartament z dwoma podwójnymi łóżkami, a mielismy z jednym podwójnym i dwoma pojedynczymi. W zwiazku z tym poprosiliśmy przynajmniej o dodatkową kołdrę. Moja prośba o dodatkową kołdrę nie została jednak spełniona przez gospodarza. Może to wynikać z faktu, że osoba, która przypisana jest do obsługi meldunków w apartamentach, ciężko pracuje w restauracji za rogiem i fizycznie nie jest w stanie pomóc. Mieszkanie jest dość chłodne. Było zimno kiedy przyjechalismy, elektryczne grzejniki nie są wystarczająco wydajne i też obawialiśmy się ogrzewać calą przestrzeń żeby nie narazić właściciela na dodatkowe koszty.
