The hosts were friendly and greeted us on arrival when we pulled up in the car. They were very informative, welcoming and provided a lot of information regarding the keys and the property and how to use everything within the apartment. Their attention to detail was fantastic. The apartment is beautifully decorated and bespoke and very comfortable. The bathroom was gorgeous and it was great to be able to have a lovely bubble bath or shower.
Nothing, the hosts were excellent, they were warm, friendly and their customer service was exceptional. They were pleased we had a dog and very welcoming regarding our pet. This put us at ease and ensured us we would have a great stay, as bringing a pet is always a concern when on holiday. Nothing was any trouble.

A very spacious and well appointed apartment with fabulous views and just a few minutes walk to Fort Augustus. The hosts, Felicity and Chris, are very welcoming and friendly. We will definitely return next time we travel to Scotland.
Nothing.
