Great location. Comfortable loft conversion.
Whilst there was air conditioning in the apartment that worked efficiently downstairs, during such a heatwave the sleeping area on the mezzanine level remained very hot. Perhaps a portable fan would be useful. Fitness level needs to be high due to being on the 4th floor and no elevator in the old building in Aix en Provence. Cute little Italian restaurant downstairs Da Aldo serving some of the best homemade gnocchi.

Very stylish and well appointed. Excellent location from which to explore Aix.
Many functional and logistical issues. The plumbing from the loft bathroom leaks badly through to the kitchen. Lights in the bathroom didn’t work and loose door handles etc. The listing says there is a parking garage however, the car park was a decent walk with luggage and a small child.
