Appartamento centralissimo fornito di tutte le comodità, cucina super attrezzata , non ne ho mai trovata una così fornita di tutto il necessario ma abbiamo cucinato anche con il BBQ a gas sicuramente un plus.Bagno ristrutturato e doccia walk in. presente aria condizionata.Terrazzo favoloso,tornerei senz'altro!
il ritiro delle chiavi, la persona non l'abbiamo trovata all'orario concordato ed essendo chiuso l'accesso al centro con la macchina è stato scomodo attendere chi alla macchina e chi all'appartamento , ma poi abbiamo risolto comunque

Characterful, quirky apartment up 4 flights of stairs in Aix old town. Wonderful covered terrace with views over Aix rooftops. Apartment is comfortable and quite quiet, given the central location. We stayed during a heatwave and I was a bit worried about that, given previous reviews, but the air-conditioning in the living room and a fan in the bedroom coped well with the excessive heat and we were quite comfortable. We didn't self-cater but the washing machine was very welcome!
As long as you're OK with stairs (up to and inside the apartment), there's nothing not to like. We had to leave our motorbikes in Place Bellegarde due to pedestrianization.

CentralLocation. Rooftop terrace is beautiful. Kitchen is well equipped. Overall a good stay and I would not hesitate to go back. It’s. Quirky apartment with charm.
If this were my place I’d put up outdoor roller shades in the terrace. It’s lovely in the morning but after 3pm it has full sun and it was impossible to sit there till the sun went down.

This property is not suitable for people who are old. There are 5 flights of stairs the last two do not have hand rails
Too many tripping and falling hazards for older people.
