Great location, the apartment in on 3rd floor, patio is shared with one other apartment but spacious enough to accommodate everyone. Anne Claire was wonderful and accommodating. Everything looks like in the photos, very nice clean apartment.. Note for tall people, the door to the bathroom is very low, I'm only 5'6" and hit my had a few times before remembering to duck. It's an old building and top floor and there is a beam that cannot be changed.

L'emplacement de cet appartement est exceptionnel. Il est proche de tous les commerces et restaurants de la ville. Tout peut être fait à pied. Il est agréable et très lumineux.

It was spacious

I was fully aware that the apartment was on the 3th floor however I did not appreciate walking up 4 flights of stairs, 73 steps to be precise whilst the woman who met me with keys watched me struggle in heatwave temperatures with my cabin bag and needing to recover on each landing. The stairwell is not air conditioned and I would normally manage but on this occasion the heat and close confines was too much. She never once offered to help. I am 67 yrs old. It showed a lack of kindness and respect. Be aware also that the A/C is in the lounge only and does not flow through to the bedroom efficiently making sleeping uncomfortable unless you sleep with your head at the end of the bed to catch some cool air. The bathroom and kitchen at the back of the apartment are extremely warm.
