Summary:

Èrsextius, keeps from his Provençal origins the permanent smile, his own and especially the one he likes to see on the faces of his guests. His love of Provence determines his obsessive sense of hospitality as he wants everyone to keep a perfect memory of their stays. Proud of his country and his region, Èrsextius only wants a perfect memory of the decor that welcomes his guests.



The Space:

You will stay in a traditional building in the bohemian district of Bellegarde. The accommodation is a studio type consisting of an equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a living room, and a bathroom with WC. The accommodation is completely private with a separate entrance. For your comfort, bed linen, shower linen, basic kitchen essentials and many other basic comfort items in tourist accommodation are provided.



Guest Access:

On the day of arrival, just after 4:00 p.m., instructions will automatically arrive on the messaging system to allow you to collect the key from a secure box (at a time that suits you and without time limit) and access your accommodation independently.



The Neighborhood:

On the historic remains of the last gate of the city, in a quiet street lined with local crafts, and only a few steps from the delightful Place de l'Hotel de Ville to savor the delights of the Mediterranean on the Provencal markets.



Getting Around:

Everything is done on foot, you are here in the historic center of the city!



Other Things to Note:

***We are available every day from 2:00 PM by email, via the secure messaging system of the booking platform, or by phone. After 8:00 PM, a response is not guaranteed.

***Check-in is after 4:00 PM. Access codes and instructions for self-check-in, including retrieving the key from a secure key box, are sent around 4:00 PM on the day of arrival by email and via the secure messaging system of the booking platform, allowing you to access the accommodation independently at the time that suits you best and without time limits.

***Check-out is before 11:00 AM. Please lock the door and return the key to the secure key box using the same access code you used upon arrival.

***Please note that only dogs are allowed as pets. You must inform the property in writing before your arrival that you will be bringing your dog to add it to your reservation free of charge. The dog must be clean and odor-free upon arrival. The dog must not be noisy when left alone in the accommodation. The dog must not be allowed on the furniture (bed, sofa, etc.), and the furniture must not be used for its comfort (cushions, towels, bed linens, blankets, etc.). The dog must remain on the floor and use its own bedding.

***Security cameras are in place in the property's common areas and outside the property to ensure guest safety and the smooth operation of the establishment.

***Please note that before your arrival, the establishment will require you to register online with a valid national identity document.

***The premises may only be occupied for residential purposes; the exercise of any commercial, professional, or industrial activity is strictly prohibited.

***Under no circumstances may the occupant claim any right to remain on the premises after the departure date and time stipulated in the contract. Late departures not authorized in writing by the establishment, or failure to return the accommodation key, may result in an additional charge of €30 for each additional hour. Failure to return the accommodation key for more than 24 hours may result in the establishment claiming the replacement value of the lock, up to €450.

***It is strictly forbidden to unplug the landline telephone in the accommodation, put it on standby, or do anything else that could prevent the establishment from contacting you directly.

***It is strictly forbidden to disconnect safety devices such as smoke detectors or carbon monoxide detectors.

***It is strictly forbidden to organize a party or gathering in the accommodation without the establishment's written consent, and the number of occupants is subject to the terms of the contract.

***Smoking is strictly prohibited in the accommodation (even at the window) and throughout the entire establishment. A €60 surcharge will be applied for violations.

***Respect the intended use of the accommodation and do not alter the furniture or layout.

***Subletting, in whole or in part, even free of charge, is not permitted, except with the establishment's written consent.

***Refrain from throwing objects into the sinks, toilets, bathtubs, bidets, or washbasins that could clog the drains. Failure to do so will result in the tenant being liable for the costs incurred in restoring these fixtures to working order.

***Please, note that the main entrance to the accommodation is directly from the street.

***Please, note that part of the accommodation is located underground and there is no natural light or windows to the outside.

***Please, note that the accommodation includes stairs.

***Please, note that the air conditioning system runs continuously and can be noisy at night. It can be turned off at any time

***Please note that the property cannot be accessed by a car
