I cannot say enough good things about our host, Mohamed. I had made a mistake with our last minute booking and there was an issue with our room. We brought this to Mohamed's attention when we arrived and he was immediately ready with a solution. I will always look for Zals accommodation first based on that kind of service!

Room had no Internet first day. We were moved to different room after complaining . Misleading information on shuttle service which doesn't exist. No cleaning of room during whole stay.
