Our stay at KML Nine Palms Luxury 101 was absolutely amazing. We stayed for 2 nights with friends, and everything exceeded our expectations. The host, Jemima Moke, is extremely friendly, professional, and very responsive. A big plus is that she is bilingual and fluent in both French and English, which made communication very easy and welcoming. The apartment itself is luxurious, beautiful, and very well maintained. It was spotless on arrival, and the level of cleanliness remained impressive throughout our stay. The place is also well sound-proofed, which made it very comfortable and peaceful. The location is incredibly convenient just a walking distance to Canal Walk Mall, which is perfect for shopping, dining, and entertainment. Overall, this was a top-tier experience. I would recommend this place a thousand times without hesitation and would definitely stay here again when visiting Cape Town.

Location was good, there's a nice walk path by the canal which links to the mall

The sheets were visibly stained. Although we booked the house for 3 there were only 2 shower towels. With two parking slots, one of the neighbors parked on our covered parking slot for a couple days, so we were forced to park on the uncovered spot. Security didn't know who it was so we left it at that.
