Lovely Garden Flat In Central London

We were moved to a different flat in a nearby location due to a water leak in the original flat. The new place was bigger and still had a garden so that was appreciated. The bed was wide and very comfortable. The location is great - good for access to the river walkways.

It needed some updating - both in the decor and the amenities. The garden needed clearing of an old sofa and some broken chairs.

- great location ( a lot of shops, cafe, restaurants, grocery, hair dressers, nail salon nearby and Westfield is only ten minutes away by foot) - the property was fairly clean - there were a lot of cleaning products available including dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent etc - the property is well heated - the property had a smart tv - the bathroom was equipped with shampoo, body shower etc - the living room is nicely decorated with comfy sofas

- the dining table was broken and given we were with a kid, it was even more inconvenient. We reported this to the host since first day but he only came to check it two days before we were leaving and he was unable to fix it. The host offered no compensation for this. - the mirror on the bedroom chest wasn’t well secured and almost fell on me - this was a safety hazard. - there were two vacuum cleaners but none of them worked properly, so it was a pain to vacuum - the sofa bed wasn’t comfortable - the drawers in the bedroom were not clean so we had to clean them before using them - the checkout time (10 am) was very inconvenient and unreasonable, and the host refused to allow us to stay longer when we explained that our taxi to the airport wasn’t until 2.30 pm - even hotels allow checkout at 12pm so this was very unreasonable

The location was great. Close to various underground lines and buses. It was clean and quite spacious. Communication by hosts also excellent.

More linen (towels and sheets) should have been provided as we stayed 9 nights. Place needs a little maintenance - hosts have taken this on board.

Piękne mieszkanie w spokojnej, cichej dzielnicy. Miejsce w sam raz dla rodziny. Osobna łazienka i ubikacja, czysto i ładnie. Jest telewizor i pralka (za to duży plus!). Mieszkanie znajduje się blisko dojścia do lini metra i sklepów. Gospodarze bardzo pomocni i szybko odpowiadają na pytania.
