The location is ok. Easy access to places to visit, shops, and plenty of places to eat and have a coffee.
Plenty of room, beds comfy, big kitchen, well utilated.
Who owns the place is not taking good care of it: entrance is a disgrace, the little garden at back is a dungeon, the doors don't close unless you push them with force.
