Returning for a second stay so soon felt like an easy decision. The flat offers a calm and comfortable environment in a fantastic part of London, with Holland Park, local cafés, shops, and transport links all within easy reach. We particularly appreciated how easy it was to settle in and make the space our own during our stay. Marco was attentive throughout and provided excellent local recommendations that helped us discover places we would otherwise have missed. The whole experience felt seamless from booking to check-out.
It was unfortunate that the outdoor courtyard wasn’t accessible, as it looked like a pleasant space to enjoy some fresh air, especially with our Frenchie, Oscar. That said, this was very minor point and did not impact our enjoyment of the stay.

A fantastic place to stay in a great location. The flat is generously sized, spotlessly presented, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It strikes a perfect balance between practicality and comfort, making it easy to settle in and relax. Marco was excellent throughout, with prompt communication and a genuinely welcoming approach. His recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and activities were particularly useful and helped us make the most of our stay.
If I had to mention anything, the access stairs are fairly steep and could be challenging for some guests. It was also a shame that the garden area wasn’t available to use, as it would have been a lovely addition, especially when travelling with a dog. Neither issue detracted from what was otherwise an excellent stay.
