For a successful stopover in Nice, a few steps from the magnificent Promenade des Anglais, come and enjoy fully air-conditioned accommodation with an optimized layout!
Located on the second floor of a building with elevator, the apartment is a fully equipped studio bathed in light. Decorated with a colorful and Riviera decoration, you can also enjoy a beautiful shaded terrace during your summer evenings.
The accommodation is arranged as follows:
- Upon entering the accommodation you will have on your right a large dressing cupboard to store your luggage & personal effects, on your left is the bathroom with vanity unit, WC, walk-in shower, towel dryer .
- Moving forward, the corridor opens onto a beautiful, ideally furnished living room. The fully equipped open kitchen (microwave oven, induction hob, washing machine, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster) opens onto a dining area with dining tables & chairs.
- The second part of the room will be your living room & sleeping area at the same time, equipped with a Smart TV with Netflix, Youtube, Prime Video applications, free WiFi connection & a sofa convertible into a standard size bed (140x190) .
- The living room opens thanks to large bay windows onto a spacious terrace to allow you to have a quiet breakfast.
A set of bed and bath linen is also provided and set up for the stay, as well as welcome products for your arrival (small soaps, coffee, tea).
The products at your disposal are indeed welcome products, to allow you to arrive with complete peace of mind. However, we cannot guarantee that they will be sufficient for the entire duration of your stay. It depends on your personal consumption.
The apartment is located just 500 meters from the beach & the Promenade des Anglais for swimming in azure water. You will also be less than 5 minutes walk from the “Alsace Lorraine” tram station, line 2, which serves the port and the airport of Nice from one end to the other, passing through Place Masséna & the Old Town. Nice on his route.
