Excellent customer care and support--recommendations, links to local places of interest, suggestions and personal touch and care for the guest. Shie goes above and beyond expected hospitality; I felt like one of her family. Organic farm to table breakfast was outstanding. Home cooked withe great care--every breakfast was unique. I didn't have a repeat breakfast dish in three mornings.
Bus service was a bit slower than expected. The bus stops right outside the bnb door. The bnb is located in a traditional style home with a steep staircase that took exrta care because I'm not used to climbing stairs in a home.

It was a very cosy and felt like we were at home. Very comfortable and Shie was amazing with her hospitality, always checking in and made sure we were okay. Her breakfast that she did was such an amazing experience. She does ask if there is any allergies or requests we would like and we loved experiencing a traditional Japanese breakfast. Her place was close to a supermarket and bus stop right in front to get to the city and back. Absolutely loved our stay with her and will be back next time.

Un peu excentre mais avec le bus devant et un supermarché à côté. En bus le château était tout près
Je n avais pas compris que la toilette et salle de bain n étaient pas au même étage de la chambre. Escalier un peu raide pour se rendre aux commodites pendant la nuit
