    Loved staying at this hotel. The staff was really nice and tried to communicate well with was. The hotel is amazing and the facilities are really good, we had a private onsen but we also rented the private outdoor onsen and couldn’t be happier

    Glad I chose this hotel… it’s probably one of the best with rooms overlooking the alps, stunning views with a lot of photo points, pretty and big onsens, luxurious dinner and great buffet spread. Free drinks including beer from 3-8pm. The family loves this place.
